About Sam

Sam is a qualified (220 hrs) Kundalini Yoga teacher, and has also completed the Authentic Relationships Level 2 Kundalini. She trained under the expert guidance of Darryl O'Keeffe, Livtar Lyn Kaur, and Guru Dharam at I-SKY as well as Restorative Yoga training under Eva Hamilton.
